The beautiful Ziegler rugs are hand-knotted of
hand-spun vegetable dyed wool.
The story behind the name Ziegler dating from
1870-80 In Arakområdet, Persia, where the Manchester firm of Ziegler
created his own major knytteri, to meet demand
the oriental rugs in designs, colors and sizes by Western
taste. Production took place in the company's own and not Manufaktur
home with knotters itself. Ziegler rugs that were produced for

indigo and hennaorange. To add the coveted graceful
patina, blankets exposed to a particularly strong sink and
sun drying.
Knot density is approx. 200-250000 knots per. m2. Ziegler
blankets available in virtually any size.
