Moud village located southwest of Birdjan. The characteristic Moud designs are among the most homogeneous, smooth and connected recognizable from Khorassan province. Moud is divided into two types:
1st Moud Mahi or herati in a beige, bright red or blue tone, with all-over patterns or mahi with a star-shaped locket.
2nd Moud Garden pattern, which is known from Bakhtiary Designs that illustrates a stylized be seen from above.
In both types of silk used to highlight luvens luster.
